About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Turf Rx Property Services ("Turf Rx," "we," "us") and to your use of getturfrx.com. By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and based on the information you give us and an inspection of your property. Final pricing is confirmed with you before work begins. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or property conditions differ from what was described.
Scheduling and access
We schedule visits based on weather, season and route. Rain, high wind or extreme heat may move a visit, and we will reschedule as soon as conditions allow. You agree to give us safe access to the service areas, keep gates unlocked on service days and keep pets secured during visits.
Ongoing service and cancellation
Recurring service continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Services already performed before cancellation are billable.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or upon invoice. Unpaid balances may result in paused service.
Lawn treatments
Results depend on weather, watering, soil, grass type and how the lawn is maintained between visits. We follow product label directions for all applications. Please keep children and pets off treated areas until the application has dried, and follow any instructions we leave after a visit.
Satisfaction and service calls
If you are not satisfied with a treatment or service, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, return to address it.
Property and liability
Please mark or tell us about sprinkler heads, invisible fences, cables, lighting or other items in the yard. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service involved, to the extent allowed by Texas law.
Website use and reviews
Content on this website is for general information. Reviews and photos you submit must be honest and your own. We may remove submissions that are false, offensive or unrelated to our services.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
